4. Purpose and legal grounds for processing personal data
The purpose of the register is to manage the client relationship between the controller and the clients, to collect client feedback, and to handle other forms of communication [the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), article 6, section 1 (b)]. The controller may outsource its register management and information processing to a partner committed to observe this privacy statement.

5. Register information content
Our clients consist of businesses and companies, and the register may contain the following data on the contact persons of our existing and potential future clients:
– Name
– Phone number
– Address
– E-mail address
– Organisation name and business ID code
– Contacts log

6. Regulation-compliant data sources
The register is composed of information obtained from the controller’s client information system, from a website visitor monitoring tool, generally available Internet sources and from other chargeable and non-chargeable public information sources.

7. Handing over regulation-compliant information
The controller will not hand over information to outside bodies, apart from the controller’s partner mentioned in section 4 above and excluding the cases where the Finnish authorities so require.

8. Transferring information outside the EU or the EEA
Primarily, personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

9. Register protection principles
All personal data will be kept confidential. The information network and equipment of the controller and its potential information technology partners are protected by means of a firewall and other possibly required technical procedures.

10. Cookies
The controller may use cookies on its website to acquire user experience feedback for further development. Cookies are text files that become stored on the user’s computer when visiting the website. These contain information and are used for marketing and website development purposes, for example. Cookies are also used to collect website user information. The user’s identity is never revealed through cookies. Users may disable the cookies via the browser’s setup functions. The controller cannot guarantee the flawless functioning of the website once the cookies have been disabled.
